DownMagic does not host a permanent library of user media and does not encourage copyright infringement. Files are temporary and deleted automatically shortly after processing.

Notice and takedown If you believe content processed via our service infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] including: 1. Identification of the copyrighted work. 2. The specific URL or material and enough detail to locate it. 3. Your contact information (name, email, address). 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Because files are deleted automatically within minutes, the specific temporary file referenced in a notice will normally already be gone. We act on valid notices regarding any recurring issue and may block infringing use.

Counter-notice If your material was affected by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain (European Union).

Repeat infringers We may block access for users who repeatedly attempt to process infringing content.
